1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using claudeagents products, repositories, or agent kits, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the products.

2. License & Permitted Usage

Upon completing payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the agent configurations, skill playbooks, and slash commands.

• Commercial & Personal Use Allowed: You may use claudeagents to build, ship, host, and scale unlimited personal, commercial, or client software projects.
• Restrictions: You may not re-distribute, re-sell, sub-license, or publicly host the raw agent source files or repository as a standalone competing kit or digital asset bundle.

3. Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

Due to the digital nature of software source code and immediate automated GitHub private repository access granted upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access is issued, you retain perpetual access to the repository and components.

4. Lifetime Access & Updates

A single one-time payment ($49 USD) grants lifetime access to the repository, including all future agent additions, skill playbook releases, and slash command updates published to the official repository.

5. Independent & Unofficial Disclaimer

claudeagents is an independent, community-built project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude", "Claude Code", and "Anthropic" are registered trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

6. Limitation of Liability

claudeagents is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or inability to use the product.
